We want you to love your YBY Jewelry.
If not, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt.

CONDITIONS

• Items must be unworn and in original packaging

• Returns must be initiated by email to info@ybyjewelry.com within 14 days

• You cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspection.
Refunds go to the original payment method and exclude original shipping costs.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours with photos.
We will replace or refund at no cost.

WARRANTY

All YBY pieces have a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
